Wijkampwerkt Nedap Livestock Management
Nedap Livestock Management is the worldwide market leader in the automation of stall processes on the basis of electronic individual animal identification. For our innovative automation solutions, new applications in the Cloud, Fog or Edge are developed and launched continuously. In our IoT environment we ensure that animal behaviour, such as eating times and food intake, measured by for instance our wearables, are converted into relevant information for the stockbreeder and that processes are automated.
The growing global population and rising prosperity mean a continued growth in demand for milk and meat. At the same time, food quality and safety standards are becoming ever more stringent. With our Smarttags, pig and cattle farmers can monitor the behaviour of their animals 24/7, ensuring that each animal is cared for on an individual basis. This improves both returns and animal welfare.
